Very enjoyable overall experience. Cool secure hotel in good location to the hop on-and-off bus stop. Fresh food served, exceptionally good and amazing breakfast. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box in the room. Location next to Clifton beach, restaurants and beach, and Signal hill. Soft drinks at honesty bar, great service. Plus, free parking on-site.

I had a great time during my stay at Sundown Manor. Very safe, with easy transport access and a few minutes walk to the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff, especially Gary and Candice, were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I visit in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this place. Great value for money with tasteful and comfortable rooms in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely helpful with our needs.

We loved the hotel's prime location, as it was close to the main street and easy to access transportation, including the hopp on hopp off buses. It was so convenient to be within walking distance to all attractions and the city center. In addition, the breakfast was fantastic with many choices, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities.

This guest house is located in a great spot, close to the ocean and the center of Sea Point where there are many restaurants. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is scrumptious. The pool is clean and available to use, and the room is comfortable and clean.

During my Christmas holiday at this hotel, I enjoyed the convenience of being near various restaurants and shops. The room had a charging station for multiple devices and a refrigerator. the staff was very helpful in organizing transportation to local destinations at a lower price than other options.

The noise from the streets could be heard through the windows. the television antenna reception was poor, and only one news channel was available.
